If your dispensary received GH Kush Pop 200mg lollipops from Paragon Labs, you are required to either return the product to us for destruction or destroy it yourself and submit a certification. Use the link in your recall notification email to access your certification page directly.
Three ways to comply.
Once you’re on your certification page, choose whichever option fits your situation. Each one creates a record that Paragon Labs will include in our reports to the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division.
Return the product
We coordinate the pickup. You hand off the recalled inventory; we destroy it on our end and handle all the paperwork.
Destroy it yourself
Follow your facility's destruction protocols, record the destruction in BioTrack, and submit the certification right here.
Already sold or destroyed
If you no longer have any recalled product, attest to that and we'll mark your account accordingly.
